Role Summary The primary objective of this role is to drive online media sales for Trivone with the goal of driving significant revenue and establishing leadership position among the online advertisers. The candidate is expected to be very well connected with direct online advertisers / media agencies handling online brands. You will need to identify, develop, pitch and execute Ad sales initiatives, its monetization and achieve Ad Sales Revenue targets. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. ? Willingness to travel and work with a delivery team of professionals. ? Proven leadership qualities with an ability to drive sales teams. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment. Roles & Responsibilities: ? Ability to independently implement the sales plan ? Ensuring a healthy funnel for the business at any point of time ? Achieving monthly and quarterly targets for both online ad sales and events sales ? Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks / agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue on a monthly basis ? Mapping each critical account and maintaining relationship at all levels ? Drive results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style and a strong vision
