Skills & Experience:
Work with team members to identify, produce & deliver tasks within the team
Work with team on specific programs to understand key timings, always working with these in mind
Setting & maintaining code standards
Strong ability to scope and define project requirements; estimates work accurately and in-line with time and cost constraints
Up to date on the latest technologies and their capabilities while sharing these advancements with their teams members
Ability to propose creative solutions to meet product goals
Attentive to performance and optimization techniques, as well as implementing best practices
Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills; ability and willing to mentor those with less experience
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and remote teams
Strong, clear and effective communication skills
Positive and outgoing can-do attitude
Passionate about making quality games for broad audiences
Qualifications
Bachelor's of Science in computer science, engineering or equivalent
1 to 3 years of experience developing in Unity 3D or equivalent, previous C++ experience
Experience in OOP architecture design and implementation
Understanding of advanced 3D mathematics
Excellent analytical & communication skills; exceptional problem-solving & debugging skills
Self-motivation, team-orientation, and a passion for videogames
Experience with several game engineer domains (ie/ graphics, gameplay, AI, pathfinding, animation, physics, UI)
Ability to optimize rendering pipelines for mobile platforms OR
Experience with performance optimization on iOS/Android devices
Proficient in C# preferred
Has shipped 2+ cross-platform titles
