Looking for Experienced Asp.NET Team Leader



Our interactive team creates small to large websites and custom content management systems using ASP.NET programming. We are searching for a Teamleader / project architect that can lead a team and deliver quality products. The .Net Development Leader will be a blend of energetic leader and .NET expert who can deftly employ technology to improve our software stack.



The right candidate for this role has experience leading a team, understands agile methodologies and can boast a proven track record of delivering quality code. We need someone can drive a shared technical vision to fruition!



You will provide direction and oversight through all phases of the product release cycle (design, development and quality assurance), aligning development objectives with product milestones and ultimately, customer satisfaction.



You can expect to:

• Participate in Product Release Estimation and Planning

• Generate Detailed Statements of Work for Web Application

• Identify and escalate potential concerns related to project initiatives and recommend viable solutions.

• Conduct code and design reviews.

• Coach and mentor developers at both a technical and a professional level

• Create and Execute structured application deployment plans.

• Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations.

• Read and write code!



As a Team leader you will be expected to interact at a high level in solution planning and complex issue resolution.



The right stuff needed for this position:

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

• Experience as a technical lead over a software development team

• Thorough technical knowledge of the .NET Framework, CLR and C#

• Expert level knowledge of OO concepts and design patterns

• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases (MS SQL)

• Experience with popular unit testing and mocking frameworks (NUnit, Moq, NSubstitute etc)

• Experience evaluating third-party libraries/frameworks

• Knowledge of functional programming paradigms, not specifically limited to .NET

• Knowledge of modern .NET web frameworks (ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, WCF) and JavaScript programming

• Knowledge of XML, SOAP and RESTful web services

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and modern source control tools (Git, Mercurial)

• An ability to learn and leverage best practices to develop modular, fault-tolerant, scalable solutions.



Nice to have:

• Microsoft Dynamic CRM Experience

• Agile methodologies (Scrum / XP)

• Experience with WPF, XAML and .NET client application technologies

• Experience with ORMs and Micro ORMs (NHibernate, Dapper, etc)

• Amazon Web Services / Azure

• Experience with Healthcare technology
