Senior/Principal Scientist: • 10+ years of experience in CRO with hands-on experience in LCMS/Prep. HPLC/NMR/HPLC method development for NCE Molecules in analytical scale.• Proficiency in various purification techniques. • Strong understanding of various column chemistries. • Skilled in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration. • Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of motivated young scientists. • Provide guidance and support across different shifts to ensure the timely delivery of analytical data to the chemistry team. • Ready to work closely with motivated scientists, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.Requirements• Have a passion for Prep.
