Profile 1.To understand the requirement of client.2.To source CV s (Head Hunting, Referencing, Job Portals etc.) as per client requirements.3.To use various job portals for sourcing the appropriate CV like Naukri.com, Monster.com.4.Initial Screening of the CVs.5. Call the particular candidate and communicate regarding the opening.6. Preliminary Short listing of the candidates through telephonic interview.7. To send preliminary short listed candidate s profile to the client.8. To schedule all the candidates as per the client schedule.9. Salary Negotiation10. Counseling the selected candidates to join the client company highlighting the core Strengths of the Client Company.11. Maintaining managing the database of Candidates as well as Clients.12. Preparing an Report.
