Role: Business Development Executive
Experience: 1-3 years

Function: Marketing & Sales
Job Responsibilities
? Candidate MUST have work experience in bidding on portals like Elance, Odesk, Guru etc
and understanding the project requirement.
? Develop plans in order to widen the current business and fetch new projects for the
organization.
? Build up the database of clients, track them and pitch them for the projects from online
sites like Elance, Odesk, Guru.com and other freelance sites.
? Candidate Should have expertise in creating software proposals for clients to fetch their
attention.
? Conduct quantitative and qualitative research pertaining to expanding business and
extracting clients from the market
? To look into new Project acquisition through proposals and communicating with clients.
? Assist in creation of sales presentation as and when it is required and preparing documents
for the clients for pitching them.
? Must have good Marketing skills, good communication skills, Expert in Social Media.
