Job Description
Assist new and existing customers with technical consulting during pre-sales and implementation phases
Third-level technical support for complex cases requiring customer consultation
Participation in customer pre-studies, demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects
Training of Sales and Integration Partners (SIs) and customers in Product Installation, Configuration and Operations
Cooperation with GlobalSign Group level Product Management, R&D team, and Sales team
You will be responsible for the technical software development of existing products. We hope you have previous experience of software product development. We are looking for a promising junior (3-5 years of work experience) and/or mid-level (5-10 years of work experience) software specialist who will be working in an international environment.
You need to have development experience on Linux or Windows and have a strong background with Java. You will be able to utilize the vast knowledge from GlobalSign in order to grow your skills as a IAM software expert. This is a truly interesting role where you are a part of an expanding team of professionals.
