Schedule database backup & optimize database performanceØ Disaster recovery planning and executionØ Troubleshooting & Maintenance of CA ProductsØ Technical documentation & knowledge transferØ Installing the DSM, Spectrum and ehealth for server monitoring.Ø Discovering the Vcenter in Spectrum and ehealth for monitoring and reporting.Ø Integrating the Spectrum with service-desk ,and configuring the differentØ Provide ‘Continuous Improvement’ for L1/2 operations: For example: Identify tasks that could be automated, weaknesses in the existing solutionØ Participate with solution release and maintenance patch deploymentØ Adhere to technical compliance with AXA Tech standards (CMMI, Secured Enterprise Network)Ø Assist with the maintenance processes to ensure operational integrity of monitoring tools technical platformAdditional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
