Exciting Job opening for Oracle DBA professionalsWork Location : BangaloreExperience : 5 to 10 YearsNotice period: Immediate or max 30 days Required Job Description:DescriptionAs a Senior Application DBA, you will provide application and technical leadership in the development of web based applications and participate in designing solutions that enable collaboration within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications.Responsibiliti es include:* Design, implementation, support, performance tuning, data integrity, data modeling and data refresh of Oracle application databases. * Compliance with the corporate ITSM policies for data modifications, creations and enhancements of Oracle procedure code* Perform migration of Oracle application database objects from test to production environment* Perform data migrations as part of web application upgrade / re-platform* Perform performance tuning on complicated SQL statementsQualifications Required Qualifications* 5 - 10 years experience working with Oracle as an application DBA
* A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible job-related experience
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Strong initiative & personal accountability
* Expert in PL/SQL Programming and performance tuning
* Data modeling and partition knowledge
* Experienced at designing and implementing relational databases.
* Experienced at using SQL scripting* Explain plan/Tracing/Stats/Query rewriting
* Fully skilled at using SQL to analyze data* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experienceDesired
Qualifications
* 1 - 2 years experience working with UNIX shell scripting and Cron jobs
* Experience with Oracle
