Roles & Responsibilities:
§ Hiring Skills of IT Recruiting
§ Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
§ Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
§ Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
§ Build networks to find qualified candidates.
§ Screening profiles as per JDs through telephonic interviews
§ Handling internal Job portal
§ Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
--Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
--Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
§ Handling entire recruitment process from identification to joining of the candidate
§ Ensuring timely closure of positions
§ Handling Joining and Exit Formalities
§ Employee Engagement process
§ Documentation related to the employees and administration
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

§ Experience with recruiting, technical recruiting is a plus.
§ Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
§ Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
§ Effective oral and written communication skills.
§ Excellent interpersonal skills.
§ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
§ Skills in database management and record keeping.
