Must be creative to find out innovative ways to find out clients
Generate Business through Lead Generation and contact build up from Bidding, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Cold Calling to International market, etc.
Search for the opportunity by filtering bids through various resources like (Elance, Odesk, and Guru).
Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing client
Make regular follow ups and consultative discussions with clients to finalize the closure
Ability to work within deadlines, enthusiastic, sharp, flexible to changes, ability to deal with more than one project
Excellent Communication and leadership skills, Professional Approach towards work.
Willing to work on odd hours to handle client as per their business time zone.
Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented environment.
Must be technically savvy (fair understanding of IT industry, typical services, client expectations, how deals are structured)
Possess excellent communication, listening and presentation skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated and aggressive
