Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Responsibility for the entire operational sequence in the stores which are being handled by the incumbent (sales, costs, results)
Ø Customer advice and support, as well as acquiring new customers
Ø Processing of returns and complaints
Ø Checking of the Visual Merchandising according to the brand Guidelines
Ø Strong Sales ,Negotiation & Team Handling skills
Ø Weekly review of stock cover and STR and taking desired actions for achieving the end goals
Ø Ensure store teams follow all the SOPs on stock management.
Ø Periodic Product Feedback in line with the stipulated timelines.
Ø Ensure maintenance of retail standards as outlined in the SOP, VM document & SM checklist.
Ø Coordinate planning and closure of all aspects of store opening with respective departments within the stipulated timelines.
Ø Guide, coach, train and mentor the team
Ø Setting up a grievance redressal mechanism.
Ø Competition Analysis for SIS Business.
