Job Description

Supervising the NOC to ensure appropriate and timely actions are taken to resolve incidents and problems
Set daily task priorities and assign workload between on-duty team members
Manage request queue and ensures that incoming requests for service are assigned to an on-duty team for resolution
Ensure escalations to other groups are carried out on time while following the escalation matrix
Keep technical document, processes and CMDB updated
Communicate with other team leads to ensure timely resolution of escalated incidents
Assist Team Leads or Managers during need
Train new joiners and assist in developing process documents
Communicate with clients and other departments on status of incidents
Serve as a mentor / role model to the NOC Team
Provide necessary support to the Managers during technical escalations
Take end-to-end responsibility for incident management and resolution
Prepare productivity and incident reports
Participate in periodic meetings
