Responsibilities :
- Generating new business from online Job Portals.
- Should have working experience on Bidding portals like Odesk, Freelancer, Guru etc. and managing client relationships, as well as developing new Business from clients and handling complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure.
- Must be proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow ups, Requirement Gathering.
- Generate new business and raise awareness about company products or services.
- Responding to RFIs / RFQs to various client requests creating a comprehensive proposal detailing, estimates, milestones etc. Identifying client requirements and offering them with latest technological and attractive proposals.
- Should be able to manage Cost & Time Negotiations with the clients and successful Leads conversions.
- Should be able to manage pre sales and post sales tasks independently with minimum support.
- Strong technical background with interest in Business Development to understand project requirement
- Strong Knowledge in Bidding PortalsGood at analysis of business requirements
- Must have Prior experience in Bidding
- Must be confident and should have a pleasing personality.
- Should have good verbal & written communication skills to deal with International clients.
- Must have good vocabulary.
- Should have good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently.
- Providing management with feedback
Minimum Experience: 1 to 3 Years' experience can apply.
Eligibility: Any Graduation.
