Job Description

Salary Range: Max. up to 5.5 Lac PA

Shift Timings: Any 9 hours shift between 9am to 9pm

Working Days: Any 6 Days in a Week (As per Roaster)

Weekly Off: Any 1 Day in a Week (As per Roaster)

Age Limit : Max. up to 32 Years

Education Qualification: Graduates/ Post Graduates

Experience Required: Min. 2 Years experience as a Team Leader/ Sr. Team Leader or Equivalent with Domestic/ International BPO

Candidate Requirement:

Relevant experience in team management, coaching and developing resources is mandatory
Good team handling skills
Understanding of Team Leader KRA’s
Good communication skills
