Job Description
-Developing overall social media strategy based on consumer insights & Business objectives
-Develop content for websites
-Write copy for banners/social media creatives and campaigns
-Evaluating day to day opportunities to create compelling & topical content on various social media platforms
-Building & managing network of cross category influencers
-Mining data & insights to derive learnings and present meaningful reports
-Drive innovation & work closely with creative teams
-Monitor current trends, data points and derive actionable insights
-Lead and manage client relationship
-Manage team of writers, analysts and designers
-Use the monitoring/listening tools to keep track of online conversations across categories, competitive brands and brands being managed by the agency
-Ongoing analysis of online conversations leading to development of strategic/ tactical insights for the campaign & necessary course correction
-Ideate for tactical as well as strategic campaigns for building strong brand presence for our clients across social media platforms, drive innovation & creativity in every task.
-Set up & effectively manage basic social media assets (FB, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest, Blogs, Articles etc) for the client.
-Under supervision, put together new business pitch approach/decks
-Create/ re-create and post content on clients' social assets
