Responsible for the Branch profitability by increasing the number of enrollments.
Handling the team and looking towards the end to end process.
Generate leads from various sources.
Conduct soft skill training for students.
Counseling students and generating revenue based on student enrollments.
Preparing monthly / quarterly business plan to achieve the desired target.
Developing new Marketing Strategies for different segments to achieve better results, developed different sales strategies such for students as well as working professionals.
Handling Digital Marketing activities like email campaigning, active participation in social media for generating new business.
Interacting with colleges and corporate for various training sessions.
