Job Description

Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers. The task would involve records for the outgoing STD and ISD calls.
Attending Visitors and maintaining their records.
Ordering stocks of stationary & other items of day to day consumption and maintaining the stock records.
Maintaining attendance details for the staff.
Responsible for ensuring cleanliness & maintenance of the premises, including designing of duty charts and supervision of housekeeping staff.
Arranging transport for day to day commuting by the staff and maintain records thereof. Also responsible for booking of travel tickets in coordination with the travel agencies.
Effective vendor management which includes negotiations, preparation of contracts, AMC formulation/renewal, billing and payments.
Ensuring that all facilities are maintained at all times. This would include close co-ordination with electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other facilities available on call.
Handling day to day Petty cash which includes disbursement and reconciliation.
Generating and submitting weekly MIS Reports on cleanliness, security, cafeteria and other administrative issues
