Education: BE/B.Tech Graduates with an MBA/PGDM/Executive MBA (Any stream) from top B Schools.

Demonstrate very strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills that encompass clear & compelling communications.
Ability to manage multiple projects in an entrepreneurial environment.
Knowledge of all functional agency departments (Communications, Sales Consulting & Portfolio Management, Corporate Finance Consulting, HR & Organizational Development & Consulting, IT Consulting), capabilities, geographies, best practices and service areas.
Provide strategic thought leadership, translate them into viable projects/programs & execute them effectively, across the global organization.
Ability to create project/program management templates, measuring metrics, work break structure, timeline & passion for extensive research.
Proven ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity.
