Qualification & Experience Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 7 -10 years of experience in supervisory level as Factory Manager/ Plant Supervisor / Head -Manufacturing in Machine Tool industry with expertise in all round manufacturing functions.
Exposure to and training in global standards and benchmarked manufacturing practices will be a welcome feature.
Location Chennai
Profile A focused and goal-oriented professional with a proven leadership track record built on strong techno-commercial background and having in-depth knowledge of Plant and Production Management in Machine Tool industry.
Demonstrated abilities in the entire gamut of manufacturing operations encompassing Customer Relation Management (CRM), Resource Planning, Infrastructure Development, Vendor Development, Procurement, Production Planning, Quality Assurance, Team Building, Interface with various internal departments, etc.
Reading and understanding engineering drawing and programs.
