Job Description
Facilitating teams in developing various management plans and tailoring the organization processes.
Monthly quality reporting to Senior Management and quality/ Process actions tracking.
Integrate with project team to conduct various reviews and checking process adherence of the projects.
Conducting ISO TS Internal Audits and Ensuring adherence of each of the projects to Automotive SPICE Process Framework, carry out periodic Audits, and tracking the Non Conformances raised in audits.
Facilitating/ supporting teams in Customer (OEM) Assessments.
Ensuring Process Implementation, Carrying out Process Improvement activities in the project, contributing to the Quality Management system of the organization.
Good Knowledge on statistical processes such as Six Sigma, Design of Experiments, Trend Analysis, Pareto Analysis, and Fishbone diagrams, etc.
