Job Description

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales strategies in assigned market.
Responsible for primary sales, secondary sales and ensuring brand presence in defined markets.
Plan for monthly and quarterly business.
Plan for Trade activation business and overall sales.
Identifying potential town and appointing distributor and super distributors (trade) in line with business philosophy.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly Sales target by promoting companies services ethically to customers as per the business plan
Recommend appointment of a party as a distributor after evaluating its commercial standing, credit worthiness and personal assets
Ensure stock and sales statements have been sent by the distributors on due date
