Job Description
As a Quality Analyst you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the quality assurance standards followed by the organization. Participate actively in end-to-end testing of products to ensure high quality delivery to our customers. Our customers range from mid-sized to large international companies in various domains like Logistics, Manufacturing, Shipping, Aviation etc.
You will be required to your analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IT processes through careful testing, test design and execution and enforcing quality standards throughout the organization.

Job requirements
Between 1 to 2 years of manual QA experience with extensive experience of testing software applications, and client/server applications
Solid understanding of types of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, testing metrics and artifacts, best practices and basic programming fundamentals
Knowledge of SQL, basic computer and web fundamentals preferable
Awareness of testing tools and experience will be an advantage for your application
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical, presentation and reporting skills
Effective inter-personal skills, having the ability to work with technical and non-technical staff
Detail-orientation with the ability to understand how each aspect interacts with the big picture, with a curious mind for investigating and breaking software
Must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and demands simultaneously
Must be able to work independently in a time critical environment and as part of a team on special and ongoing projects
Proven perseverance to carry a set of software deliverables from requirements to testing completion
Must be flexible to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
