Responsible for entire show room operation and its efficiency. Responsible for P&L of the showroom. Achieve the showroom sales and operating expenses targets while maintaining focus on quality of customer service in showrooms. Coordinate with merchandising team to ensure the supply of to showroom as per the demand. Managing and motivating team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales. Responding to customer complaints and comment. Updating staffs on business performance, new initiative and other pertinent issue. Organizing special promotion, displays and events. Responsible for store Accounting, IT, and Security related issue. Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issue. Manage and motivate the staff to perform their best and work as a team. Report on sales and cash expenses analysis. Ensure stock and safe operation of furniture. Any other duties assigned time to time based on business. Marketing & competitor analysis to be analyzed.
