Position: - Quality Control Officer
Experience: - 1- 2 years as a quality control officer(preferred from Extrusion industry)
Qualification: - BE-Mech / IC
Job Description: -
Every day check of equipment’s like:
1) XRF (X-ray)
2) IM (Image Measurement)
3) Roughness tester
4) Weight Scale
5) Marking sensor
6) Vision sensor
7) Eddy current
Every day monitoring of rejected tubes by Vision sensor & Eddy current and marking sensor
Making, Change program on vision sensor
Calibration of all equipment
Data collection of rejected by equipment
Detail knowledge of equipment functions
