We are developing a new unique social job portal. Our system is going to save companies time, by integrating an HR system with an in-house matching algorithm and money, through a new business model. Jobseekers will benefit from a system that allows them to network with similar individuals.It is the first online portal in India, dedicated to Reduce hiring costs as well as provide platform where HR + Placement Agencies + Job-seekers + recruiters managed on single platform. WE HAVE EXPERIENCE AND START GENERATING REVENUEThe new product design is ready to use in beta phase and six figure revenue already generated and getting it ready to take to market as public beta. A number of investors have expressed interest in seed round of investment for market launch. What’s On Offer: EQUITY + SALARY (After Funding) + FUN = HAPPY CO-FOUNDERWe are looking for an amazing individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit that can share our vision for improving online recruitment. To ensure you are a happy Co-Founder (just like us!), we are offering equity, salary and relocation support.Now we look for a CTO as a partner (equity shares) to join us and help (part-time / Full-time) to bring the project to the next level as we do believe this will be very successful. We can't pay any salary, so we are looking for somebody who believes in our project and interested to see the rewards on the long term.
