Job Description

Ensure All operations are carried out as per EHS norms as specified in SOP

To check the RM received, lot no, purity, and quantity of lot as per batch requirement.

Ensure PH meter is calibrated with proper buffer on daily basis.

Operation of Diazotization & Coupling reaction as per process parameters defined in the SOP.

No Deviation in Liquid RM transferring and handling operations as per the process defined

Fill the parameters maintained during the shift in batch sheet confirming the Quantity of Raw Material.

Handle the Helpers for maximum out put during the shift maintaining EHS Standards. PPE Wearing.

Handover the plant to reliever in operating condition.

Sending the samples at different stages as per batch sheet and fill in.

Ensuring that scrubber system is kept running all the time.

Filing OEE Sheet on daily basis
