Gathering requirement from various Business Heads, follow up on Interview assessments, providing feedback to the respective set of people.4. Preparation of Job Description / Role & responsibilities for the Manpower Requirements.5. Should have hands-on experience in doing reference checks of shortlisted /selected candidates.
