1.? Working knowledge of all general and RF electronic test equipment including spectrum and network analyzers.?2.? Ability to set up manual and computer aided tests.? Running electrical and environmental testing and taking data.?3.? Alignment and tuning of electronic assemblies.?4.? Thorough knowledge of schematic symbols and diagrams.?5.? Perform hand soldering on a variety of electronic assemblies to meet quality standards.?6.? Keeping the equipment and work area in a clean and organized manor.?7.? Troubleshoots and repairs electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, drives, guages and test equipment.?8.? Ability to set up manual and computer aided tests, perform electronic and environmental testing and collect data.?9.? Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown and in line with OSHA requirements.?10.? Advises operators and line assemblers of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electronic equipment and components.?11.? Informs appropriate management and line mechanics of potential problems12.? Performs preventive maintenance functions as directed.?13.? Assists engineering personnel with technical troubleshooting.?14.? Perform other jobs as requested by the Group Leader or Director of Manufacturing.?
