Job Description

- Operates an automated and manual hydraulic test stand.
- Follows test procedures to test and / or set product.
- Able to connect previously generated test setups to test stands to evaluate product
- Repairs valves by systematically replacing components and retesting
- Documents daily test results.
- Interprets engineering drawings to position parts for proper assembly.
- Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips or other fasteners.
- Uses light bench equipment and a variety of hand and power tools.
- Installation into test fixtures using pneumatic or manual torque wrenches.
- Operates powered hoist.
- Completes scrap tickets and reject information.
- Maintains, and adheres to all company ISO procedures.
- Performs duties in safe manner and adheres to company safety guidelines.
- Maintains a clean workplace.
- Performs basic maintenance procedures as required.
- Make suggestions for changes to operations to improve quality, reduce costs, and otherwise, enhance operations.
- Performs other duties, including temporary assignment to a higher or lower classification job as assigned by management.
- Accurately documents productivity, quality, and delivery.
- Participates in all department meetings.
