Job Description
Listing products on our website and other websites
• All activities that are involved in Order Processing ; from the time the order is received, till the payment is realized.
• Inventory Control:-Maintenance and control of the e-commerce inventory.
• Maintenance of records of all inward and outward movement of stock.
• Coding, Labeling and maintenance of Inventory.
• Co-ordination with partner websites to conduct smooth operations.
• Packaging Management :-to ensure appropriate packaging is used for all orders, and developments made to accommodate present and future packaging requirements.
• Invoicing and Documentation Control.
• Handling other back-end operations.
• Customer communications and Enhancing Customer Experience via telecom, mail, SMS, etc.
• Brand Enhancement through all the above activities.
• Co-ordination with Content Management Department, Business Development Department, and all other verticals to incorporate progressive changes.
• Handling all customer queries. Responsible for resolving customer complains on time.
• Responsible for solving per-shipping and post shipping issues. Taking follow ups from POC and update same to CS.
• ending mails to procurement for urgent shipments, follow up for the same and then get the order shipped as per requirement.
• Driving central operations & Managing Order operations
• Monitoring service levels, call volumes and schedules for Customer service.
• Taking care of shipment on time, ensure to have less missed promises.
• Handling VOC (Voice Of Customer), Follow up with all center's SPOC than update to CS timely.
• Coordination between different departments for resolving complains. As procurement, inbound, warehouse and all category managers.
