Facilitate all training programs such as New Hire, soft skill trainings and other project specific programs. Strives for continuous improvement of existing trainings and develops new trainings incorporating theories of Adult Learning in collaboration with local manager and the Instructional Design team Use assessment and analytical tools to best meet the needs of the intended audience. Evaluates the effectiveness of conducted trainings Prepare, maintain and update reports and documentation as identified and requested. Demonstrate a positive attitude, lead and facilitate change and model professionalism in all contacts with internal and external customers. Take responsibility for maintaining knowledge and resources regarding company initiatives and professional trends within the industry. Adhere, support and administer both company and CARE operation policies and procedures as defined. Participate in cross-functional and/or global communications and meetings (e.g. with project managers or Service Quality) to support CARE goals. Projects can be completed independently or through effective collaboration with others Perform additional responsibilities as requested.
