Job Description
To produce a layout for each page of the publication such as question
papers, study materials etc. using DTP software.
. Selecting formatting, such as the size and style of type, column width
and spacing, colours etc.
. Scanning and editing photographs and other images.
. Exceptional skill of operating DTP software, error finding & diagnosis,
configuration, networking, system installation, backup, operating of PC
programs like MS office etc. will be most looked for.
. Be interested in keeping up to date with new computer software and
technology.
. Typing speed is to be required minimum 35 - 40 w.p.m. and adequate skill
of Gujarati typing will be expected.
. Adequate skill of computer hardware & software maintenance, repairing &
installation etc. will be must
