Job Description
A sanad holding law graduate / PG - preferably but not necessarily with HR qualification - to handle labour issues in particular and legal issues in general. S/He will be a full-time consultant, will issue legal notices and attend labour and consumer courts and offices on behalf of . Must be specially good at Labour laws, and possess functional knowledge of MS Word and Internet. Should be able to draft excellent plaints in Gujarati and must have working knowledge of English. May or may not function as RTI Manager concurrently.
