Job Description

To implement & follow up various admin & facility checklists/reports
To maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
To ensure that all project related documents are complete and to file the same (hard and soft copies).
Selection of vendors as per organizational policy
Supervision of housekeeping services, pantry / pest control, front office and any other services
To ensure adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Administration/Safety/Security Processes.
To improve services and to control/reduce costs.
To be responsible for all purchase activities pertaining to the function.
To ensure provision of facility reports and performance parameters are provided as per calendar and deviations are corrected within the committed time frames.
To ensure adherence to safety and work environmental rules.
To negotiate with service providers and contractors for new services and to effect cost reductions.
To be overall responsible for the day-to-day facility related operations.
Liaising with the landlords, follow up with the finance department for timely payments
Arrangement of Travel for staff as and when required
Handling schedule of Office assistants
