Job Description
Desired Credential From the Candidates:
Desired Qualification- Graduate in any Esteem (All the credentials are necessary to carry at the time of interview which includes 10th 12th and graduation mark sheets.
And also need to carry the following documents listed in below:
? Id Proof
? Address Proof
? 2 passport size of Photo
? Along with the updated resume
Desired Skills Set: Having good communication skills both verbal and written, with good command on basic computer knowledge (Includes word, advanced excel)
Responsibility: Collection and back office support for billing and others customer service related activity via email.
? Resolving the customer query via online email.
? Prepare weekly and Monthly MIS on Excel of customers.
? Exp- Min 6 months of exp in any domestic and international BPO. Having the complete documents like 1 year exp letter, salary slips, and bank statements for last one year.
? Designation: Back office Assistants
Salary: Min 10k to 15k as per the exp and interviews. (On the company payroll)
Shifts: Candidate has to ok with flexible shifts.
Location: S G Highway (Ahmadabad)
