Job Description
Graduate / MBA (with specialization in marketing) with 5-10 years of relevant BPO work experience. 5 - 10 years of experience in BPO industries, with US amp; India BPO markets exposure Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving inteal priorities Completing response to amp; submission of RFPs Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements including RFI, RFP, Bid walk through; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. Farming from existing account for new opportunities for business Manage client relationships in US onshore amp; India space through regular interactions, understanding client needs and adding value to client business. Prepare presentations, present value proposition amp; develop analytical reports. Work closely with cross functional teams onshore and offshore to arrive at best solutions for the prospective clients. Regular reporting , Sales/Pipeline MIS delivered on time.
