Job Description
You should have an experience of at least 3 years of developing products on Java.
You should have a strong object-oriented programming and design experience in JAVA / J2EE. You should be strong in Core JAVA as well.
You should be comfortable with Hibernate, GWT, Sprint, Eclipse IDE, Webservices, JBOSS or any other application server. If you have worked on large products before, it would help too.
You should have a reasonable knowledge of MySql and MSSQL.
You should have an experience of leading a team.
You should be a good writer. A strong profile on StackOverFlow and Sun Certification for Java will are added advantages.
