Job Description
Candidate will report to the General Counsel and will have to:
Conduct a legal review of contracts from the Indian law/regulations perspective.
Draft, review, and provide advice on the legal and contractual aspects of a variety of complex products and services contracts.
Provide front line support for negotiations, respond to complex inquiries regarding existing contract obligations and revisions, and identify risks and issues.
Assist in contract management.
Advise on the legal compliance of business processes and procedures in India.
Review lease documents.
