Job Description
Manage group of pre sales support consultants supporting the Global Sales Organization as well as provide individual contributor role as defined.
Provide guidance to group members on their roles and responsibilities.
Establish a thriving, fun, challenging culture for the Group.
Develop, communicate and execute on Pre Sales Support process and engagement that Global Sales team will follow.
Engage Delivery team leadership to provide accurate and timely feedback to support sales cycles.
Provide meaningful reporting to show the health and success of the Group and business and pre sales workload overall.
Closely working with prospective and existing clients throughout Asia Pacific, Europe
Solution selling approach – that helps in smoothening and executing sales process
Understand client’s requirements, grasp and present the vision, technical solutions and value propositions
Ensure that the proposed/design solutions are aligned to client’s business requirements
Prepare technical docs like architecture diagram, work flows, flow charts etc
Clear success track record of putting together winning proposals
Continuously remain updated with latest trends & technologies, industry best practices & standards
