Job Description
· Good Understanding of Cloud Computing is required.
· Experience configuring and managing visualization technologies an asset (VMware, AWS,Azure)
· Have knowledge on configure and troubleshoot Linux systems.
· Expertise in deploying and supporting systems remotely.
· Understanding of Development cycle and Deployment process in general.
· Monitor severs and networks LAN/WAN, Internet. Identification of various server issues and act according to the guidelines. Documentation of issues.
· Provide Tech and live chat support to client.
· Hands on experience troubleshooting and upgrading server hardware.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Creative thinking and ability to 'think outside the box' are ESSENTIAL. Honesty and Integrity. The ability to respond effectively under pressure
