1.Good hands on experience with Windows Server Operating System (2003, 2008, 2012)
2.Very good troubleshooting experience and skills within Windows
3.Good experience and understanding of Clustering.
4.Should have managed or lead a team
5.Experience with SCCM, WSUS
6.Experience in HA, DRS, P2V, VUM,SRM and VMware virtual center.
7.Good Understanding of virtualization technology
8.Experience on VMware ESX 3.x,4.x and 5.x. in a heterogeneous environment
9.Good hands on command line of ESX.
10.Good hands on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESX server environment.
11.Good Experience with Documentation and working knowledge with tools such as MS Visio
12.Experience in performance tuning of VMWare servers and Virtual sessions and management of servers resources between virtual machines.
