Flash developers have to be very creative for continuously designing and developing programs. Apart from the creative skills, a flash player should have the following skills:

• Strong programming skills in ActionScript, XML, HTML, Javascript, CSS
PHP, and MySQL to be in command of everything in a Flash environment.

• Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with Art Directors.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Great eye for detail and typography.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills
