Project Manager Job - Responsibilities:
Manage teams and projects with diversed requirements
Coordinate and lead teams effectively - coordinate with development team members, clients and team leads
Coordinator with other departments such as QA/testing, design, business, product as and when required
Requirement analysis
Monitor and evaluate timeline checklists for projects
Evaluate risk analysis from all aspects
Ensure a smooth, successful delivery for projects while maintaining optimum quality standards
Adapt company's quality processes and ensure every team member follows it
Practise total quality management (TQM) on regular basis
Regular communication with clients that you handle
At par logical reasoning and analyzing power as well as aptitude
Experience in PHP, MySQL (LAMP), open source technologies is required
Exposure to Joomla, Magento, WordPress and other frameworks, MVC based coding structure, Smarty Templates, class/object oriented methodologies a welcome advantage
Should be self motivated, confident with pleasing personality and must be able to handle a team of 5-15 individuals
