Role Summary

The objective of the digital sales campaign manager is to work collaboratively with other sales teams to reach our digital sales objectives and overall advertising goals. This is accomplished through advertiser acquisition, retention and growth. Incumbent is expected to provide subject matter expertise for both the application and execution of the sales plan designed to acquire, retain and grow current or potential clients. You will also be responsible for the revenue and performance by product against stated goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

? Experience working with DSP, SSP, DMP, DFP.
? Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on data; ability to detect patterns and adjust strategies based on data.
? Exceptional problem solver - especially with technology and software.
? High degree of creativity, self-motivation .and drive.
? Eagerness to work in new media and an environment that is constantly growing and changing.
? Proven track record of performance versus revenue objectives and other key performance drivers.
? Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically excel
? Demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable environment.
? Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
? BS or BA with a preference towards marketing, communications, business or computer science a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Develop a RTB strategy to maximize automated yield on the site.
? Analyze data from accounts buying through RTB technologies and make recommendations at the client level on effective CPM through each DSP.
? Identify opportunities to improve operating and performance; make recommendations to facilitate prioritization and deployment of growth strategies.
? Monitor & explore developments in tools, technologies and best practices for pricing, monetization, optimization and yield management.
? Develop go-to-market strategies for programmatic ad products to address different markets segments such as agencies, trading desks, direct clients & others.
? Build a network of similar positions in major metro markets to benchmark success and exchange best practices.

? Execute private marketplace campaigns with sales teams and necessary technology partners.
? Maintain knowledge of media technology buying and selling platforms and analytic tools as well as recommend new product opportunities.
? Generate executive level post buy & monthly reporting.
? Develop plan to achieve 2015 department goals of growth in RTB.
? Develop a strategy to grow monthly ad impressions served on the website & grow average RPM (revenue per thousand pages).
? Build a master report on volume of ads served by section and platform.
? Develop KPl's such as target ads per section, per platform and RPM (revenue per thousand pages).
? Make recommendations to management on ways to grow ad impressions through direct sales and RTB partners.
? Monitor key partner performance such and identify new partner opportunities to achieve stated revenue goals.
? Identify new affiliate partners to grow partnership revenue.
? Work closely with website Audience team, Editorial Team, Sales & Marketing team to achieve all stated revenue goals.
