Designation: Senior Creative Designer (Bangalore)
Experience: Minimum 4 years; Maximum 6 years
Domain: Interactive agency, creative and graphic design
Job Location: Bangalore
Summary: The Senior Designer is responsible for the creation of all online visual design, including visual concept, art and copy layouts, and logo design for the digital platforms. The Senior Designer will be required to effectively communicate and coordinate with the content team and sales & marketing team to ensure that the visual design communicates the desired message, keeping in mind individual brand guidelines of clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
? Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts or related field or equivalent visual design and management experience required; graduate degree preferred.
? Minimum of one year experience in Web design preferred.
? Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography.
? Has demonstrated successful design and integration, and the delivery of projects on time and within the given budget.
? Ability to effective manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Good to have:
? Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
? Basic technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML, Flash, CSS, and AJAX.
Responsibilities include:
? Works with the content team to prepare, plan and present art/design work by gathering and understanding client information and materials.
? Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
? Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors whenever required.
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
? Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops
