Design Skills: SharePoint Designer 2010 or 2007 - Required Skill - Experience is required Experience working with Content query webpart and Content Query WebPart modification using XSLT is highly beneficial. SharePoint Designer 2007 or 2010 Experience is required Experience working with workflows in designer is the key thing Data View and List View editing would be beneficial XSLT experience is also highly desirable but not essential SharePoint 2007 or 2010 Standard user interface use - Required Skill - Experience is essential Must be able to create/edit sites and pages Must be able to create and edit lists, columns and content types Experience of managing users and groups is desirable but not essential JavaScript - Required Skill - Experience is essential Experience of using libraries such as JQuery or Prototype is necessary xHTML, CSS(2) and XML - Required Skill -XML Adobe Photoshop - Required Skill - Experience is essential Adobe Illustrator - Bonus Skill - Experience would be a benefit Functional skills required: Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. clear explanation of ideas, problem resolution, risk mitigation, production of technical designs, run guides etc.) Strong team player High focus on attention to detail and has an ability to work methodically Ability to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve related issues Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines Ability to react quickly and effectively to issues and opportunities Tasks: Create and implement branding and look & feel in SharePoint sites. Create MasterPages, page layouts, css, images etc. Creating and editing pages/sites both in SharePoint using the standard interface and Designer, creating lists and associated workflows and managing the list content types and columns. Setting up user groups and site permissions. Combining all of the above with JavaScript to create systems. Creating and editing pages on the website using the CMS (Concrete 5). Creating and editing content for both as necessary usually from provided sources and graphics artwork.
