Job Description


Fixing up the appointments with prospective clients
Take full responsibilities with the dealing with relevant customer complains, queries and requests for the information for the start to the end of the process.
Having In-depth understanding of detail process of Customer Care Division.
Excellent Communication Skills of verbal and written.
Perform other duties as deemed relevant, based upon experience.
Handling Phone queries and replies of Customers/Clients on Phone
Handling Email queries and replies of Customers/Clients on Email
Handling Customer queries from beginning to End (also includes the part of communication with internal authorities).
