Good exposure to Retail/Consumer Banking, Lending, Capital market , Mutual Fund obtained by working in a Bank/NBFC for 4 to 7years or IT implementation experience of 3 to 6 years in any Product based IT company serving in the Banking (Lending, capital market and Mfund) DomainShould having knowledge of the Retail and Corporate lending domain and should be having good communication skillsGood analytical skills, understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into business requirement documentsShould be conversant with and should have hands on experience of working on Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Power point & Visio)Should be conversant with the Product Implementation Life cycle and basic project management conceptsShould have exposure to pre-sales activities like responding to RFIs/RFPs, giving product demonstrations, identifying customizations for POCs
