Job Description
Responsible for maximizing occupancies of the Banquets in the Hotel.
Maintaining data pertaining to segments, nationalities, sources, etc., rate master, materialization, top accounts.
Solicit and communicate feedback from the market.
Contribute to product and service improvements.
Responsible for maximizing covers in the Restaurant.
Enabling and adherence of the principles and work practices detailed under HACCP System in the department viz., Food Safety, Hygiene and Cleanliness, Health, Storage etc as applicable to the area of their work place.
In addition to the above functions, any other assignment / job given by the Management occasionally or on a daily basis to be performed respectively.
